“In the morning I think accessories first, then clothes second, says Hollywood celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe.” I follow the same notion as stated by Hollywood stylist Zoe. First thing on my mind are not the attires but the accessories to team up. I can miss anything else but not my neck piece. It’s a big must in my bank of accessories.
We might be in our favorite jeans and flip-flops but once we throw on a great belt around the waist, colourful scarf around the neck, or with some dazzling chains we are much closer to looking fabulous, colourful and lively. It simply adds a different tone to our wardrobes and our confidence level. I believe that far more than clothes, accessories allow us to turn out graceful and nurture our inner fashion chameleon. Our shoes, jewellery, sunglasses, belts and bags say much more about our fashion statements and confidence level.
The girls alike me who love to maintain their own individual fashion statement know the power of accessories which includes the power of a trendy bag, trendy flip-flops or stilettos, teamed up with right neck piece. In short, I love myself accessorised.
Being female we are much advantageous to play with lots of stuff and not dress up monotonously like guys. We are fortunate enough to experiment a new colour almost everyday no matter casually or formally. We love to wear matching neck pieces or jewellery with their attire whether it’s a western outfit or a traditional ethnic piece, cotton sari. Silver and gold have always been there, but now dazzling long, multicoloured, huge, beaded, funky chains are new add ons to jewellery boxes with matching bangles, bracelets, earrings or scarves.
My accessories somehow give me a sense of confidence to carry myself differently. For few fashion turns out to be disastrous, until and unless we aren’t ‘exesscorrised’. So be beware!! Since I have a personal liking for almost all kinds of accessories disregarded to branded or street, I love to notice gals who carry themselves in an nicely and complement too if they out stand the crowd.

We mustn’t forget that we are never too old to create our own sense of personal style with just mild efforts. Just adding just one single wow piece with varied lengths of beads or chains can add a tone to both our outer look and our inner confidence. Points to be remembered for a smart dresser is that one should play in a subtle manner with colours and lengths, keeping in mind the dimensions of one’s own body so as not to fall prey to the chit-chat for the gatherers.
Now almost new colour palettes are in with pastel, monochromatic and fluorescent shades. What is important is to keep in mind, the occasion; the dimensions and the match with other accessories and you can just flaunt the true of yourself. Hit the streets with confidence.
Go get accessorized!!
